Abstract
The ways of state regulation of innovative activity are considered. The restraining factors of innovative shifts within the enterprises of the agricultural sector are highlighted. The normative and legal acts that regulate innovative sectors of the economy and are linked with them. The instruments of direct and indirect effect of state support of agricultural and industrial production are investigated. The distribution of expenses of general and special funds of the state budget in the sphere of agriculture is analyzed.
