ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF COMMODITY EXCHANGES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The analysis carried out in the article allowed to reveal the significant impact of commodity exchanges on the development of commodity-financial turnover in the country. The author defines the conditions for the development of the organized grain market on the stock exchanges of Ukraine. It is proved that the commodity exchange serves as a market mechanism, which enters into operation a system of standards, guarantees the quality of goods and sets product standards for different products, varieties, registers the brands of firms admitted to stock trading. The author stresses the need to introduce modern high-tech financial instruments, which will be the key to the effective development of the stock exchange and allow stable growth of production in the market, secure insurance of risks, and finance enterprises as necessary.
