Organizational and economic mechanisms of export control: theoretical and methodological aspect

Abstract

In scientific work, the results of generalizations formation and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism of export controls as a tool of foreign policy. The subject of the work - the formation and development of organizational and economic mechanism of export controls. The purpose of the article - to give the results of theoretical generalizations about the nature of the object as export control and economic research tool of foreign policy, scientific and methodological recommendations for building the organizational and economic mechanism of export controls. The research methodology was based on the use of modern methods and techniques of knowledge of economic phenomena and processes that are adequate to the chosen subject. The study used methods of abstraction, induction and deduction, logical generalizations, comparisons and comparisons. Export control is able to significantly affect the performance of the production and financial activities of companies engaged in manufacturing and supplying products and services of military and dual-purpose. From this perspective, export controls should be considered as a factor that is able to affect the competitive position of companies that operate in a market environment as business entities, as well as indicators of foreign economic activity of the national economy. It is shown that export controls can be presented as an element of state control, and control generally recognized as one of the functions of management. The paper presents scientific and methodological generalizations about building a mechanism of export control. The use of research results - state export controls, training of foreign trade. It is concluded that the export control of interest as a phenomenon, which implemented the functionality of a particular social process, particularly in the economic relations in terms of production and sales (consumption) of certain goods and services, and the consequences of this process can be evaluated in monetary (value) indicators.
