ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC PROVIDING OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY EFFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT IN CONDITIONS OF CRISIS

Abstract
Actuality. The aim of the cattle breeding industry as a whole system is the saturation of the food market with quality meat and meat products of own production, achieving food independence of the state and increasing exports of products provided through appropriate organizational model of effective development of meat cattle breeding. The components of the industry necessary for the formation of an effective market model for meat cattle breeding organization and combination a set of business entities have been determined, namely as: individual farms; farms; agricultural enterprises; production and marketing cooperatives; agricultural holdings; associations, breeding plants, pedigree reproducers. Purpose. The aim of the article is to substantiate the construction of the system of organizational and economic providing of cattle breeding industry efficient development and formulate recommendations concerning its practical implementation on this basis. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the article is fundamental assumptions of modern economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scholars. The following methods were used in this article, in particular: methods of analysis and synthesis – to study the object and subject of study; graphics – for a visual display of relationships between observable indicators; abstract and logical (theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions); constructive and experimental (formation mechanisms of competitiveness management industry), theoretical modeling – to summarize the principles of creating competitive advantages. Findings. It has been revealed that certain economic relations are the aggregate of various elements of the market economy, established in the process of agricultural production between business entities. The meat cattle breeding industry, as a part of the national economy, is developed under the influence of objective laws of the market. The competition plays the important role in this process that makes the dynamic development of economic processes and closely related to price, supply and demand. Perspectives. It has been substantiated that there is need for application of integration technologies for the effective development of meat cattle breeding, that provide combining economic, institutional, technological, labor and intellectual potentials of their participants, which are provided on the basis of the mechanism of self-financing and attracting investment resources for the new highly efficient productions.
