ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL PREREQUISITES FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF UKRAINIAN AGRARIAN SCIENCE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition and scientific analysis of the administrative and legal preconditions for the transformation of agrarian science in order to further formulate the priorities of innovative processes in the agrarian sphere. The demand for scientific knowledge in the field of agriculture has always remained high. However, today Ukraine mainly uses outdated and inefficient agricultural production technologies, unprofitable and labor-intensive organizational and managerial methods and forms. There is no well-established interaction between the production enterprises of the real agricultural sector and the subjects of innovation due to the lack of exhausted mechanisms for the implementation of scientific developments, the system of dissemination of scientific and technical information and informing the end user. The research reveals a number of objective and subjective factors that served to reduce the impact of science and the use of domestic scientific developments in agrarian production. It also outlines the administrative and legal forms of influence to improve the situation that arose with innovations in the agrarian sector.
