Organizational and methodical approach to enterprise’s industrial property management

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of modern features of the management of intellectual property and the formation of patent purity for an invention with the help of organizational and methodical approach for the implementation of scientific research results. The article substantiates the necessity of attracting patent attorneys to consolidate the rights of the industrial property to the enterprise, as well as the procedure for obtaining documents confirming this right.
