ORGANIZATIONAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL FOR THE YOUTH OF UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES

Abstract
Organizational conditions for the formation and implementation of leadership potential in the conditions of community unification are investigated. The critical moments in the transfer of powers to communities and the consequences for the youth are identified; internal and external obstacles for the youth to implement their leadership potential are generalized. The conclusion is made about the necessary organizational conditions for the formation and implementation of the leadership potential of the youth of newly formed communities of Ukraine.
