ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR MODERNIZATION OF THE WATER SUPPLY COMPLEX OF THE REGIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Today, in search of a more efficient development of the water management complex of the regions of Ukraine, only financial-economic elements or management methods are often analyzed. It does not take into account that the subject of management is a person. Many factors affect her work: lifestyle, beliefs, traditions, beliefs, value orientations but in the conditions of the developed economy and the economy, the calculated economic mechanism does not always help. It can be explained by the rapid changes in life, changes in the rules of the game in the market, the strengthening of hard competition and the impossibility of providing reliable forecasts. But the values of one’s own culture remain unchanged
