Organizational economic management model of foreign economic activities of enterprises of social and cultural service

Abstract

The article discusses specific features of the management of the international economic activity of enterprises of social and cultural service in modern conditions. It was noted that foreign economic activity of majority of enterprises in Ukraine has to be systematic. Now it is unstable and it greatly reduces enterprises’ competitive advantages in the market. The author states the influence of the environment on the process of management of foreign economic activity at the level of organizations. It was also noted that the implementation of foreign trade operations cannot be carried out without creating appropriate organizational structures of management. Proposes the organizational-economic model of management which is based on a systematic approach. It defines control mechanisms and the relationships between them. This model of the foreign economic activity is proposed in the form of organizational-functional units, which are sequentially linked. There are several organizational functional units that are pointed out in the model, namely: unit of planning and marketing; unit of production and commercial transactions management; unit of management of social, cultural and economic differences within the country; unit of logistics management; unit of foreign payments processing management; unit of risk management in foreign economic activity and analysis of internal and external factors; unit of analysis of the financial-economic efficiency and analysis of indicators of foreign economic activity; and unit of informational and legal support of the foreign economic activity. Was revealed the organizational-economic model of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise of social and cultural service is based on the unit-scheme management model. In the proposed system of foreign trade activities management author also describes the essential functions of units and principles of the interaction between them. Some external factors that define goals and objectives of foreign economic activities management are presented. Those factors are: macroeconomic, political, legal, social, industrial; social economic, and internal organizational factors. According to the goals and objectives set forth, the appropriate methods and principles of foreign economic activity management are selected. Those methods and principles are the base which forms particular mechanisms of foreign economic activities management of the enterprise of social and cultural service. It has been determined that the proposed organizational-economic model can improve and optimize the process of foreign trade activities management at the enterprise of social and cultural service.
