Organizational-economic Mechanism of more Efficient Use of Renewable Energy Sources

Abstract
The concept of sustainable development requires the rational use of all natural resources, the introduction of resource- and energy-saving technologies, minimizing the amount of waste to maintain the ecological balance. The use of renewable energy is one of the possible solutions to the problem. Energy production on the basis of renewable energy sources (RES) is equivalent to savings in public spending equal to the cost of energy produced by conventional methods in the appropriate amounts. From this it follows that it would be reasonable to remove energy costs for the manufacturer on the basis of renewable energy sources to at least half the sum of the savings which significantly increase production efficiency. This paper presents a methodical approach to determine the effectiveness of the use of renewable energy sources. An algorithm for state regulation of energy production based on renewable energy was developed. The mathematical model of optimization of energy production was proposed and validated. Microeconomic model of production was supplemented with specific solution when variable factors of production are at a cost close to zero as make up factors are not currently economic benefits.
