Organizational Mechanism of Land Resources Management of Agro Industrial Enterprises

Abstract
The article substantiates the essence of land resources using management of agrarian enterprise. The necessity of administrative measures systematization with the purpose of effective land relations formation is determined. The authors, based on the studies, developed a comprehensive organizational mechanism for managing the land resources use for typical enterprises of the agro industrial complex. The characteristic of elements of the organizational mechanism is given, the purposes and tasks for its application are generated. The main instruments of the mechanism functioning are considered. The main advantage of the proposed organizational mechanism is that unlike similar mechanisms, a method of economic interpretation of management measures for the use of land resources of agrarian enterprise was proposed with the aim of rational use of land resources while minimizing the risks and costs of the owner of land resources and the land user.
