ORGANIZATIONAL-TACTICAL ASPECTS OF SECURITY OF THE WITNESS, THE VICTIM, CIVILIAN FALCER AND OTHER PERSONS PROMOTTING CRIMINAL JUSTICE

Abstract
The article deals with the organizational and tactical aspects of ensuring the safety of a witness, victim, civil plaintiff, as well as other persons who assist in the implementation of criminal justice. An analysis of foreign legislation in the field of the protection of witnesses and victims is conducted. Based on the analysis, the author gives practical recommendations on the application of foreign experience in the field of protection of witnesses and victims in the Republic of Belarus.
