Основні аспекти політики фінансової безпеки учасників фінансового ринку

Abstract
У статті автором запропонований підхід, за яким політика фінансової безпеки учасників фінансового ринку реалізується відповідною структурою органів на основі нормативно-методичної бази з використанням спеціальних методів і засобів, що визначають архітектуру системи фінансової безпеки. За результатами проведеного дослідження визначені основні складові політики фінансової безпеки учасника фінансового ринку. Зроблений висновок, що вдосконалення захисту у вимогах політики безпеки викликане постійним удосконаленням загроз, збільшенням дії негативних чинників. Це зумовлює пряму залежність фінансової безпеки учасника фінансового ринку від результативності його політики фінансової безпеки. As a result of the research, the advanced concept of financial security has been improved - the definition of the term "financial security policy" as a set of documented management decisions aimed at protecting the participant of the financial market and the resources associated with it is provided. This allows for the process of providing financial security to a group of financial management processes. In considering the problems of improving the formation of the information-analytical environment of financial security, the author proposed an approach by which the financial security policy of financial market participants is implemented by the appropriate structure of the bodies on the basis of normative and methodological basis, using special methods and tools that determine the architecture of the financial security system. According to the results of the study, the main components of the financial security policy of the financial market participant were identified. It is concluded that the improvement of protection in the requirements of security policy is due to continuous improvement of threats, increasing the impact of negative factors. This leads to a direct dependence of the financial security of the financial market participant on the effectiveness of his financial security policy. The article states that the main instrument by which a financial market participant implements and implements financial security policy is its financial security system. The principles of the financial security system of a participant in the financial market are based on the basic provisions of the theory of security and are determined taking into account the specifics and objectives of economic activity. The system of financial security of the participant in the financial market is its stabilizing and adaptive tool, a complex functional unit that performs functions of control, analysis, regulation, forecasting of the financial status of a participant in the financial market in order to achieve the goals of economic activity and effective counteraction to external and internal negative influences (threats).
