ОСНОВНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОНЯТТЯ МЕХАНІЗМІВ СЕРВІСНО-ОРІЄНТОВАНОЇ ДЕРЖАВИ

Abstract
The concept of "service-oriented state" and "mechanisms of a service-oriented state" are revealed. The main features of the service-oriented state are determined. The main approaches to the definition of "service-oriented state" and "mechanisms of service-oriented state" are considered. The constituent elements of the mentioned mechanism, which are: the system of executive bodies; a set of legal norms that regulate both the organizational structure of the system of executive power bodies and the processes of its functioning and development. The solution of the problem of rethinking the relations between the state and society in the direction of ensuring and realizing the needs of each citizen is proposed.
