Основні процедури проведення судово-економічної експертизи

Abstract
The work on the basis of the studies defined the conditions under which you can achieve reliable results when conducting judicial examination of the economic. It is established that it is possible only through the procedures of judicial economic expertise. The whole process of judicial examination of proposed economic divided into four parts, namely: organization and execution of the examination results of the examination. The main tasks of economic expertise defined examination of documents accounting, tax accounting and reporting, given their list. A significant characteristic of the article is given the role of head of the expert institution in the process of expert research or expert opinion. Proved that the fulfillment of procedures for judicial and economic expertise ensures compliance with the principles of judicial-economic examination set out in Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine “On legal expertise”, namely the principles of legality, independence, objectivity and completeness of the study.
