Abstract
In the article the authorial conceptual going is grounded near perfection of control system by development of ecologo-economik efficiency and stability of agroindustrial complex. Factors influencing on efficiency of management development of agrarian enterprises are systematized. Program runs mark on the increase of efficiency of ecological safety of agrarian sector. The terms of realization of conception of development of enterprises are certain. Basic levers over of increase of her efficiency are brought. The sphere of practical application of research results marks.
