Abstract
The essence of the concept "adaptation" is revealed and adaptation types are considered in the article. The trends of Ukrainian meat processing industry are analyzed. The adaptation features of domestic meat processing enterprises are described. The main factors of these enterprises' adaptation shifts are considered and justified.
