ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЙ И КОММУНИКАЦИОННОЙ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТИ БУДУЩИХ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ НАЧАЛЬНЫХ КЛАССОВ В УСЛОВИЯХ ИНКЛЮЗИВНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Abstract

This article discusses the features of the formation of information and communication competence of the future teachers of primary school in the conditions of inclusive education. Due to insufficient information and communication competence of primary school teachers, the problem of mastering by younger schoolboys of ICT remains essentially unresolved: as almost not used in the educational information and communication pattern during learning activities with the use of modern ICT; elementary school students in a small degree of mastering information technology in everyday life do not apply information technology in solving educational and practical tasks. The solution to this problem is largely due to the peculiarities of formation of information and communication komptentnostyu future teachers, which are determined by the peculiarities of formation and development of the whole informatization of Kazakhstan education and particularly primary education. By identifying these features, you should identify the causes of the contradictions, that, on the one hand, there is a need for the ICT education elementary school process, according to the state, society, teachers, parents, and on the other hand, failure to provide it because of the unavailability of teachers frame elementary school to the implementation of ICT in the educational process.
