Abstract
В статье рассмотрены сущность и составляющие расходов на рабочую силу за разными классификациями. Исследовано состояние, структуру и динамику формирования расходов на рабочую силу в Украине и странах Европейского союза. Также, сопоставлены производительность труда и расходы на рабочую силу в разных странах.
