ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ СТРАХОВОГО РЫНКА В КОНТЕКСТЕ СОЗДАНИЯ ПРАВОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ УКРАИНЫ И ГРУЗИИ)

Abstract
Установлено, что существенное значение для выявления особенностей формирования страхового рынка в контексте создания правовой экономики имеет понимание инверсионного типа трансформационных преобразований. Определены особенности формирования страхового рынка Украины и Грузии: асинхронность развития страхового рынка в сопоставлении с объективно существующими и растущими потребностями, вытекающими из определенных целей укрепления экономической и социально-экологической безопасности; диспропорциональность развития обязательного и добровольного страхования.
