Особенности и проблемы договоров купли-продажи жилых помещений

Abstract
В статье автор рассматривает существенные условия договора купли–продажи жилого помещения, а также вопросы приобретения жилья на средства материнского капитала с оформлением права собственности сначала только на одного или обоих родителей (без детей), с последующим переоформлением права собственности и на детей, в том числе после погашения залога. В работе отмечается, что исполнение этого обязательства никаким образом не контролируется, и на Пенсионный фонд РФ никакими нормативными правовыми актами не возложена обязанность по осуществлению такого контроля.
