Особливості біоелектричної активності серця у дітей з хронічним пієлонефритом

Abstract
Целью работы было определение особенностей биоэлектрической активности сердца у детей в зависимости от продолжительности хронического пиелонефрита и наличия сопутствующих хронических очагов инфекции. Проведен анализ результатов элекрокардиографического исследования 269 детей с хроническим пиелонефритом в возрасте от 1 до 17 лет. В зависимости от давности пиелонефрита дети были разделены на 3 группы: до 3 лет, от 3 до 6 лет и более 6 лет. Нарушение реполяризации в миокарде желудочков чаще регистрировалось у детей, имевших хроническое течение пиелонефрита в сочетании с хроническими очагами инфекции в носоглотке. При длительности хронического пиелонефрита более трех лет нарушения процессов реполяризации в миокарде желудочков выявляются практически у каждого ребенка. Выявленные особенности биоэлектрической активности сердца у детей с хроническим пиелонефритом свидетельствуют о необходимости не только лечения и профилактики основного заболевания, но и проведения санации хронических очагов инфекции для предотвращения прогрессирования нарушений функционального состояния сердечно - сосудистой системы.
