Abstract
У статті розглянуто результати аналізу інвестиційної діяльності підприємств аграрного сектору України за 2011-2016 роки, визначені чинники впливу. Досліджена роль та напрями іноземних інвестицій. Визначені напрями узгодженого формування інвестиційної та інноваційної складових економічного потенціалу підприємства.
