A.V. Ulyanchenko, N.V. Prozorova. Features of the functioning management systems in the enterprise for the production of meat chickens. Determined in the article rapid pace of development of production meat of poultry products requiring efficient organized business management system that can promptly respond to external and internal factors, quickly adapt to prevailing market conditions. In modern conditions, the problem of efficient production management is especially important for domestic companies chicken meat production. The main objectives of the system of enterprises management for the production of chicken meat in the market environment is to maximize profits, increase the competitiveness of products and services, the conquest of new markets segments, worthy wages of staff and the satisfaction of his social needs. Ensuring good management schemes will improve the efficiency of its operational activities in the face of uncertainty and unpredictability of the environment. The features of the functioning of the management system for chicken meat production plants. The main feature of the functioning of which is the implementation of quality and safety management. Since the observance of high standards of quality is impossible without the use and introduction of meat poultry products such as the two management systems: quality management and food safety management. At present implementation of quality management systems in production is the foundation that allows creating a number of competitive advantages in both domestic and foreign market. Meat poultry farming as one of the leading sectors of agriculture cannot ignore the demands of the market. There are already successfully using the integrated quality management system and engaged in continuous improvement in the modern poultry enterprises. In addition, with the release of Ukraine to foreign markets it is necessary to bring the Ukrainian normative documents, in particular national standards of Ukraine to the requirements of European legislation in order to avoid differences in the evaluation of poultry meat in the case of its exports to the EU. Such an organization management system provides a competitive advantage to enterprises for the production of chicken meat in today's market conditions.
