ОСОБЛИВОСТІ КЛАСИФІКАЦІЇ ДЕРЖАВНИХ ЦІЛЬОВИХ ПРОГРАМ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
У статті розглянуто основні особливості класифікації державних цільових програм в Україні: існуюча класифікація недостатньо повно розкриває всю багатоманітність категорії «державна цільова програма». Запропонована у статті класифікація державних цільових програм дозволить раціонально розподіляти обмежені фінансові ресурси з досягненням максимального ефекту і запобігати дублюванню державних цільових програм, що призводить до дострокового припинення їх дії через відсутність реального результату. Наведені підходи до вирішення наявних проблемних питань класифікації державних цільових програм допоможуть ефективніше використовувати державні ресурси та реалізовувати затверджені програми.
