ОСОБЛИВОСТІ НАВЧАЛЬНО-ВИХОВНИХ ФУНКЦІЙ ДОШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ

Abstract
Розвиток дошкільної освіти і виховання дітей набуває все більшої актуальності у зв’язку з необхідністю формування інтелектуального потенціалу особистості, відповідного вимогам трансформаційного суспільства. У статті структуровано функції дитячих закладів з огляду на динаміку психологічних процесів у дошкільному віці. Зроблено аналіз психологічного становлення особистості і визначено його біологічні і соціальні особливості. Обґрунтовано, що завданням дошкільної освіти повинно бути переважно забезпечення позитивної соціалізації дітей. Звертається увага на необхідність посилення функціональності дошкільних закладів. Вирішенню нагальних проблем виховання дітей сприятиме розширення мережі дошкільних закладів різних форм власності, в тому числі сімейних і приватних. Потрібні реальні зміни в освітній практиці та їх подальша інституціоналізація, орієнтація на різносторонні інтереси споживачів освітніх послуг. Варіативна частина програм дошкільної підготовки має бути спеціалізованою та відповідати соціальним потребам населення і психологічним особливостям дітей дошкільного віку.
