ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ СЛУЖБИ НА БЛОКПОСТАХ У ЗОНІ АНТИТЕРОРИСТИЧНОЇ ОПЕРАЦІЇ

Abstract
It is proved in the article that the effectiveness of the police activities in ensuring public safety, the identification of offenders (including representatives of armed, criminal, organized criminal, terrorist groups), blocking their movement in the territory of ATO, entry/exit on its border, preventing the transportation of weapons, tangible assets intended to finance criminal activity directly depends on the availability and efficient operation of checkpoints and mobile stations. The peculiarities of placement, arrangement and direct operation of checkpoints of the first and second frontier, including permanent (stationary) and temporary ones, are revealed. Characterized by the powers of the police officers who serve them. The essence of the procedure of reformatting the activity of checkpoints is outlined.
