ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ПРАЦІ ОСІБ, ЗАЙНЯТИХ НА СЕЗОННИХ РОБОТАХ

Abstract
The article analyzes the problematic issues of labor regulation of persons engaged in seasonal work, in particular, the characteristic features of seasonal work and peculiarities of conclusion of an employment contract with seasonal workers are determined. The conclusion is based on the necessity to modernize the list of seasonal work at the legislative level, because some of the approved ones have lost their seasonal character, while others appeared after the adoption of normative legal acts regulating such labor relations.
