Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the general object of crimes against justice. It is noted that the essence of the generic object of crimes against justice depends on finding out the issue that includes the concept of “justice”. A complex, systematic, comprehensive understanding of the term “justice” is described, its content is specified. The peculiarities of the term “justice” as the generic object of crimes are revealed.
