ОСОБЛИВОСТІ СТУПЕНЯ ДИФЕРЕНЦІЮВАННЯ СПЕРМАТИД ЯЄЧКА ЩУРІВ ДРУГОГО ТА ТРЕТЬОГО МІСЯЦІВ ЖИТТЯ ПІСЛЯ ДІЇ ЖІНОЧИХ СТАТЕВИХ ГОРМОНІВ В ПРЕНАТАЛЬНОМУ ПЕРІОДІ

Abstract
During the VIª-IXª stages, the most important stages of cytogenetization are sequentially taking place, which include the essential and irreversible transformation of such organelle cells as the cell center and the Golgi complex, which derivatives (tail section, acrosoma) provide in the future two main functions - sperm motility and the fertilization process. In addition, at the stage IXª, intercellular interactions between Sertoli cells and spermatogenous cells are significantly altered - the previous generation of mature spermatozoa loses contact with Sertoli cells and moves to the lumen of the testicle canal. In this case, a more tight morphofunctional relationship between supporting cells and a new generation of differentiated spermidoes is established. Evaluating the state of the cells of the spermatogenic series at stages VIª-IXª under conditions of influence on them of female sex hormones (the Utrogestan), it is possible to evaluate the cellular and intercellular mechanisms of violation of the spermatogenic processes in particular the spermatide differentiation process, especially taking into account the increased sensitivity of the final stages of spermatogenesis to the influence of exo- and endogenous factors.
