Abstract
Дослідження сучасних підходів організації виробництва є актуальним завданням, бо саме вибір концепції організації виробництва має значний вплив на ефективність діяльності підприємства в цілому. Дана стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей впровадження концепції Виробництва світового класу (WCM), а також виявленню основних проблем що можуть виникнути на шляху до її застосування.
