OUR DUTIES TOWARDS REFUGEES

Abstract
In the article, the moral and juridical aspects of human’s responsibilities regarding to the refugees are investigated. The specific status of refugees and the initial reasons, which are the source for performing people their duties, are revealed. The problem is rethink in the context of the report by university of Athens`s professor Konstantinos Papageorgiou under the title «On our Duties towards Refugees», which was made at the 24-th world congress on philosophy of law and social philosophy; includes various political and juridical opinions of modern philosophers. (Hannah Arendt, Giorgio Agamben). In order to identify the underlying reasons for the subjective duty of each member of society towards refugees, the author examines the alien phenomenon through the prism of the modern psychology of the masses, manifests the political and personal dimension of the problem, reveals the motives that motivate society to help refugees, and concludes that towards refugees is at the same time responsibility for themselves.
