OVERVIEW OF THE MODERN STATE OF THE RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the mortgage lending market in Ukraine, the assessment of the existing institutional component, as well as the definition of problems and future prospects for the development of this sphere of economic relations. The estimation of factors leading to the stagnation of the mortgage market is given. Possible ways of further development of mortgage lending are suggested.
