Abstract
In the article the main idea of a closed circle economy, i.e. the creation of such mechanisms and technical solutions and the use of a new technologies to increase the efficiency of preventing environmental degradation as well as getting minimize the negative effects of their impact on human and animal health are discussed. The current life way and production methods threaten the environment. The use of environmentally friendly and economically viable technologies for material and energy recoveries are the main objectives of environmental policy in the field of reducing waste and the threat caused by them. Alternative fuels (secondary) obtained from waste are one of the best solutions of managing organic waste.
