Journal Title: WORLD JOURNAL PHARMACY AND PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCE - Year 2019, Vol 8, Issue 10
Abstract
Paper is the major utility in modern world and highest amount of papers are used in daily life. Most of the paper are useless after using thorn way. It causes environmental pollution in some times. Today 90 % of paper coming from wood. Paper production accounts for about 35% of trees and to represent the 1.2 % of total world environmental output. Recycling a ton of waste has twice the economic impact of braying it in ground. In addition, recycling one additional ton waste will pay $ 275 more in goods and services and generate $ 135 more in sales than disposing of it in a landfill. Recycling have gives good economy and good for environment. So to create the awareness of recycling process for finding waste paper, waster ratio, analysis the quality and usefulness of the particular need. In our experiment the best pulp was evaluated at the ratio of 150 grams of paper and 5 litters of water. The gram mage value of the paper board was 315.58 gm/m2, bulk was 2.535 X 10-06 m3/gm, moisture content 14%, absorption time 4.4 seconds and tensile strength was 4.58 K pa. Through the recycled paper from this paper recycling machines are not so much and thin paper was produced from wood, it can be used for banner, title, poster cards, also for making box. Automatic recycling machine is increased total turnover ratio and use of heater plates will advantageous to heat in wet condition.
