PARADIGMICALLY VIEW OF THE DEVELOPMENT AQUACULTURE

Abstract
In the article the scientific recommendations on the allocation of promising activities in improving the living standards of the population, that encourage scientists to develop the conceptual foundations of development of branches of the agrarian sector. The necessity of the proposed activities in the field of aquaculture. Isolated thesis about the need to implement in the applied aspect of aquaculture development proposals. It is proposed to implement in practice the State Register of fishery water bodies that will promote the establishment of a transparent system of control over the use of water bodies, the analytical definition of aquaculture development parameters, modeling and forecasting activities in the field of aquaculture. It plans to create conditions for the introduction of alternative forms of aquaculture, farming family type, the implementation of cooperation and the mixed economy as a prerequisite for the development of Ukrainian aquaculture.
