PARALLEL SURFACES TO S-TANGENT SURFACES OF BIHARMONIC S-CURVES ACCORDING TO SABBAN FRAME IN HEISENBERG GROUP HEIS[sup]3[/sup][sup][/sup]
Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2012, Vol 20, Issue 3
Abstract
In this paper, we study parallel surfaces to [sup]S[/sup] - tangent surfaces according to Sabban frame in the Heisenberg group Heis[sup]3[/sup]. We characterize parallel surfaces to [sup]S[/sup] - tangent surfaces of the biharmonic curves in terms of their geodesic curvature in the Heisenberg group Heis[sup]3[/sup]. Finally, we find explicit parametric equations of parallel surfaces [sup]S[/sup] - tangent surfaces according to Sabban Frame.

SOME CONSEQUENCES OF THE BROWDER’S THEOREM IN HILBERT SPACES
This work deals with the Browder’s theorem in Hilbert spaces. One can remark that the theorems of Riesz, Stampacchia, and Lax-Milgram are consequences of the Browder’s theorem. Moreover in a vector space with a scalar pr...
GENERAL EXISTENCE FOR MINIMUM PROBLEMS IN BANACH SPACES
In this note we give some extensions of a recent result concerning the minimum problems in Banach spaces. These extensions are based on the fact that the topological degree of a coercive map is one and this still remains...

LOCALLY AFFINE FUNCTIONS
The Monge-Ampère equation and related boundary value problem are a source example for the non-linear potential theory, and for convex analysis ([1-5, 8]). Moreover the concept of the locally convex function is introduced...
USE OF THE MEDIAN IN THE ANALYSIS OF EXPERIMENTAL DATA
The concept of median is defined. The advantage of the median in special cases and the comparison with the classical arithmetical mean and weighted mean are presented. The case of discrepant results is analyzed. The calc...
