Abstract
Salivary glands tumo rs are mostly located in parotid gland. They require det ailed med ical im agining and surgical trea tment. The authors of the one of the article from the series ‘‘How I do it’’ pres ent indications and they describe the parotidectomy surgery technique meaning the removal of the pa rotid gl and. They give specia l attention to the method of tissue dissectio n and identifi cation of anato mical orientation points as well as facial nerve trunk and branches localization.
