Particularities of interaction between investigative and operational units during investigation of pimping and involving a person in prostitution

Abstract

The article deals with some aspects of the investigation of pimping and involving a person in prostitution. Cooperation of investigators and operative subdivisions at investigation of procuring and in drawing of person in prostituting is the important condition of that criminal realization will be quickly and it is effectively completed. In fact due to the concerted cooperation a sufficient evidential base gathers for realization of further judicial actions, inquisitional versions are pulled out, the process of investigation is planned. Therefore the workers of the National police must react on circumstances that characterize every certain moment of process of investigation, and to determine the functions depending on duties. In this connection, an important place in any criminal realization is occupied by cooperation of different subdivisions of law enforcement authorities. By the most typical defects in organizations and feasible cooperation at the decision of problem conflict inquisitional situations in matters about procuring and in drawing of person in prostituting is: ill-timed, behind time beginning of cooperation; realization of detention, review, questioning of suspected by operative workers without participation of inquisitional or even previous concordance with him of ways and methods of receipt and verification of proofs of involvement detained to the crime; submission of initial inquisitional (of criminal investigation) actions and operational search events to the «primary» objective – detention of persons and acceptance here of the proper events in relation to providing of leading to of both fact of crime and role detained in procuring; stopping of cooperation (especially operative accompaniment of investigation) is on completion of the initial stage of pre-trial investigation on criminal realization.
