Partnership as a factor in creating business relations with customers

Abstract

The ties which customers create cannot be short-term. It is necessary to identify the conditions that support the implementation of the relational procedure. The nature of the relationship is also signifi cant. Each relationship is unique in terms of its dynamics, development, implementation and realization of expectations. Relationships are specific resources that companies use on the basis of accumulated knowledge. Relationships must be concluded between two or more parties, which does not mean that the same conditions the interaction must or should conditio further dealings. There is no such thing as ‘standard’ relationship. Ties created must reflect the needs of both parties. This is not an easy task as the parties may present different approach, divergent from the accepted standard. Article aims to present the partnership’s factor that enable firms to establish long-term relationship with customers.
