Abstract
The article is devoted to the selection and psychological characteristics of the main internal determinants of the formation of personal energy that can be empirical underwriters and structural components of passionarity as differential-psychological phenomena. Among them are the need of the individual for self-actualization, especially localization responsibility of personalization and style of interpersonal interaction.
