Patch Antenna using Metamaterial Structure for improving parameters on 3.2 layers At 2.787 GHz
Journal Title: International Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology (IJRASET) - Year 2015, Vol 3, Issue 1
Abstract
In this paper, a novel printed rectangular patch antenna with 3.2 layer, resonant at 2.787 GHz frequency, is proposed. The given antenna is composed of a rectangular patch antenna with retangular structure on 3.2 layers. The antenna is designed for resonating at 2.787 GHz frequency. The return loss of the proposed antenna is -40.762816 dB at 2.787 GHz frequency which is in good agreement. A rectangular vertical strip is also used for minimizing the return loss. The 50 ohm port is used to fed the proposed antenna.
