Patent as a way of intellectual property rights on medicines protection.

Abstract
In the article the author examines the concept of the medication and the procedure of patenting medications. Author inquiries into problems the influence of intellectual property rights to the possibility of implementing rights of person in the medical sphere and direction in the development of legal regulation of intellectual activity in this area.
