PATOINSTITUTIONS OF THE UKRAINIAN CAPITAL MARKET: OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECOVERY AND EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING

Abstract
The article analyzes modern problems of development of the capital market in Ukraine and the pathology of its main institutions, suggests areas for their recovery and effective functioning to provide investment resources for the real sector of economy and structural adjustment. The basic goals of the state's long-term strategy in the capital market development, in particular, the stock market and the market of bank loans, are defined. The necessity of reforming the system of regulation of the financial sector to overcome the causes of structural and cyclical and financial crises is substantiated. The goals and guidelines for the functioning of the financial system and financial market are defined to provide the real sector of economy with investment resources and to promote industrial, economic, social and ecological modernization of the country.
