Investigated the practical implementation and effective consequences developed projects Interregional Association «Carpathian Euroregion» over the last 23 years from the beginning of its foundation. The attention to basic problems and shortcomings in the functioning of the economic component of the Association. Prospects of further strategic vision in all aspects of cross-border cooperation.
