PECULIARITIES OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT BY SOCIAL-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS AT NATIONAL AND REGIONAL LEVELS

Abstract
This article reveals the theoretical aspects of crisis management of socio-economic systems in the context of national and regional levels. Also, there are some approaches to its content and the change management algorithm in socio-economic system which is based on monitoring the disposition of socio-economic system. If the rank of a system descends, opportunities of resource receipts to the system and opportunities of its counteraction will be limited. In this case, there is a necessity in substantiation and implementation of changes in the system for correction its rank position. Also, in this article is studied the «dynamic method norm» and took in a set of five indicators for determination the trajectory of development of the national and regional economics, , taking into consideration that it’s necessary to observe the strategy of crisis management in the conditions of globalization and integration processes.
