PECULIARITIES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF PUBLIC SERVANTS IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article is devoted to сomparative research of European Union countries’ criminal legislation. The author has defined the list of crimes, the special subject of which are public servants. There are also have been analyzed sanctions of the relevant norms. The author has also identified the key features of the criminal responsibility of this category of persons in each country.
