Abstract
Social situation in the present settlements requires objective and comprehensive audit of processes and phenomena of social development of rural areas, in condition of the various forms of land ownership and existing natural potential of tourist attractive areas. Therefore, rural green development provides additional ways to profit in the countryside in market conditions.
