Peculiarities of law-making and rule-making in economic procedural law

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of law-making and rule-making in economic procedural law. Critically analyzed are the concepts of “law-making” of “legal education”, “rule-making”, existing scientific views and expressed authorial judgments about granting the Supreme Court the right to legislative initiative.
