Peculiarities of management of information activities on enterprises by using the Scrum. Scientific and methodical article

Abstract
The article deals with the information activities on the enterprise and the possibility of managing it by using the scram (involves the formation of a scram-team, a list of its main tasks - a scram-backlog, etc.), for which a SWOT-analysis was carried out. On the basis of its results, the peculiarities of management of information activities on enterprises by using the scram were revealed: involvement in work in the scrum-team employees of the enterprise; a certain amount of scram-backlog tasks; the need for proper technical and informational support; the complexity of controlling the processes of implementation scram projects; dependence on innovations; the need to formulate peculiar organizational forms and types of interaction between employees of the scram-team, which can be created through cross-functional interaction in the enterprise.
